As determined by the Fair Work Ombudsman, the yearly entitlement of paid sick and carer’s leave is based on an employee’s ordinary hours of work. The allowance is 10 days for full-time employees and pro rata for part-time employees. The balance of paid sick and carer’s leave accumulates and carries over to the next year at the end of each year.
In addition to public holidays, each employee receives 21 days of leave per year, which increases by one day each work anniversary to a maximum of 25 additional days annually. Your annual leave entitlement is prorated to the number of complete months remaining in the year.
Employees must complete relevant forms to enable superannuation contributions to be paid into an eligible fund of choice. The superannuation contribution rate and rate increases comply with the requirements set by the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.
Each department at Exostar UK is provided with a training budget. Employees can be reimbursed for costs incurred when completing courses approved by your manager or business unit leader.
